HUT Apartments

At three locations in downtown Amsterdam, historic—and in some cases, landmark—buildings have been converted into elegant, fully furnished designer apartments ranging from 40 to 115 square meters for full-service short-term stays.

The turnkey apartments feature compact and efficient layouts that make optimal use of the limited natural light available. In addition to the floor plans, a complete brand identity was designed for the apartments, right down to the tableware.

Designer furniture, poured concrete floors in light shades, gray Pandomo walls, and a multifunctional piece of furniture that integrates a kitchen, TV cabinet, and/or sofa create a high-quality interior. Where possible, the original beams, concrete ceilings, and exposed brickwork have been left visible.
