Villa Heiloo
Behind the façade of this characteristic villa in Heiloo lies a remarkable home, where indoor and outdoor spaces blend seamlessly together. The house has been renovated to a high standard and transformed into a true minimalist’s dream.

It’s open layout and ample natural light characterises the living spaces, with materials carefully chosen for their tactile quality. The colour palette is subdued, which draws al the focus to textures and shine.

The extension of the house is industrial and modern: a strong contrast with the classic details of the original building. Running continuously from the office to the living room, slim sliding doors create a visual link between old and new. A polished concrete floor flows seamlessly from the interior to the terrace, expanding living space.

In the garden, we designed a pavilion next to the swiming pool, complete with an outdoor kitchen and a fireplace. The pavilion offers the perfect setting to enjoy long summer evenings of simply relax in the villa’s green surroundings.

The minimalistic aesthetic continues on the second floor, with a subdued colour palette and a focus on materiality and light. The bathroom is an oasis of calm, where a large window lets in daylight without compromising privacy.
